Abi and Rupert are the creative duo behind RUDE, a passion for playful visuals and a love of bold colours, the pair have built an instantly recognisable style that fuses screen printed influences with a fun, irreverent energy.
Since founding RUDE, Abi and Rupert have worked across a wide range of creative disciplines, from murals and prints to fashion, animation, and editorial design. Their work has been commissioned by major brands, galleries, and institutions worldwide, bringing their signature mix of humour, creativity, and visual impact to diverse audiences.

Driven by a belief that design should be accessible to all, they have written and designed a book for kids, called ‘CREATE!’ which introduces kids to potential jobs in the Creative Industries. It’s being published by Hachette Childrens and will launch in September 2025.
